Apprentice Teaching Assistant Vacancy

Initial contract fixed term for 18 months

Blue Coat Primary School are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant Apprentice to support teachers in the classroom in all aspects of teaching and learning whilst studying towards your Teaching Assistant Level 3 Qualification. Your primary role will be supporting class teachers enabling pupils to make the best use of the educational opportunities available to them.

Start date: 2nd November 2026 (or asap following this date) - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:40am to 3:15pm - 30 hours per week - term time only working

Apprentice level 3- £24,019 per annum pro rata - Actual Salary: £12,118 per annum / £1,009 per month
