Teaching Assistant Vacancy

Blue Coat are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to our team. Our Teaching Assistants work hard to enhance and develop learning opportunities for pupils. Teaching Assistants support teachers in all aspects of teaching and learning whilst:

• Fostering the participation of pupils in the social and academic processes of the school

• Working to enable pupils to become independent learners

• Helping to raise standards of achievement for all pupils

• Helping our pupils to become ‘future-ready’

Start date: 2nd November 2026 (or asap following this date) - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:40am to 12noon, 16 hours, 20 minutes per week - term time only working

Grade 3 SCP5- £26,427 per annum pro rata - Actual Salary: £9,761 per annum / £813 per month
