Working as part of our Aftercare team, you'll be the main point of contact for customers, developers and colleagues, taking ownership of reported defects and driving issues through to resolution.

Whether you already have experience in customer service, housing, property or a coordination role, or you're looking to build a career in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll help ensure our customers receive a seamless aftercare experience, coordinating defect resolution and working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a responsive defects rectification service for customers.
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers, developers and colleagues.
• Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution.
• Liaising with developers to resolve defects in line with contractual requirements and performance standards.
• Co-ordinating and attending end-of-defects inspections and managing associated administration.
• Building strong working relationships across customer contact, localities, construction, sales and asset management teams.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll bring:

• Experience in a customer service, coordination, housing or similar customer-focused role.
• A proven ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to take ownership of issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
• An awareness and understanding of AWAAB's Law (nice to have)

Why join us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that plays a vital role in delivering a great customer experience at one of the most important moments in a customer's journey with Bromford. You'll have the chance to build meaningful relationships, develop valuable skills and make a visible difference by helping customers resolve issues quickly and effectively.

We're reviewing applications as they're received and interviewing throughout the advertising period, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
