Lecturer in Business

About this role

You will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that help learners develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to achieve their goals. Using a range of teaching methods, resources and technologies, you will create a positive learning environment where every learner feels supported, respected and able to succeed. You will assess progress fairly, provide constructive feedback, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to support learner achievement. You'll also help learners explore future education and career opportunities while promoting equality, personal development and professional standards. As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to continuous improvement and maintain accurate learner records.

About You

• Experience of teaching or supporting learning in further education or a similar setting.
• Degree-level qualification, or equivalent, in a relevant subject area.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or DTTLS), or willing to work towards one.
• GCSE English and maths at Grade C/Level 4 or above (or equivalent), or willing to achieve them.
• Willing to complete Safeguarding and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training.
