This role is offered on a fixed term basis for 6 months.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury , Newent and Staunton Integrated Community Team (ICT). The successful candidate will provide business and project support to the management team and wider service. This will involve taking responsibility for navigating multiple systems to assist in developing business intelligence, which will support service improvements and the achievement of Governance requirements; in line with local strategies and government initiatives. These initiatives will require a high level of planning, negotiating, analytical and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be supported by the Community Manager at all times to implement projects. The level of autonomy within this role will be agreed based on the nature and scope of the specific project. This role within the ICTs, will support ongoing projects and contribute to continued development of the service within a changing health economy. As such the role may be subject to some change during the development phase.
Please note this role will also include the management and supervision of the Admin Lead in the locality.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate good attention to detail, a working knowledge of clinical systems (SystmOne), rostering software and ESR with the ability to analyse and present information from a variety of sources and data reports. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to forge strong, trusting and productive relationships with colleagues inside and outside the organisation. You will be expected to have be flexible, self-driven and adaptable, prioritising the demands of a busy workload in a changing environment.
