You'll be creating a safe and supportive environment, managing a range of responsibilities including developing care plans and administering medicine safely. You're expected to have current NMC registration, a sound knowledge of current clinical practices, and experience in creating well-developed care plans. A comprehension of regulatory frameworks is necessary. The position offers competitive salary, paid NMC registration, free training, and access to various benefits.
