ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. You'll be creating a safe and supportive environment, managing a range of responsibilities including developing care plans and administering medicine safely. You're expected to have current NMC registration, a sound knowledge of current clinical practices, and experience in creating well-developed care plans. A comprehension of regulatory frameworks is necessary. The position offers competitive salary, paid NMC registration, free training, and access to various benefits. Working hours are between 8pm to 8am, including alternate weekends.
